Shipping policy

All orders are processed within one to three business days from the time we receive them. Samples and 15 ml bottles are shipped by ground. You will receive an automatic notification once your order has shipped with a tracking number.
Carta is based in San Francisco, California. We charge sales tax for any orders shipped within California. We don't yet offer international shipping.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

If you are sending a Carta fragrance as a gift, please include instructions in the “Order notes or gift message” field in your cart and we will be sure to include a small card with your personal message.
